We have been performing very thorough inspections and providing detailed inspections in Dallas metroplex and detailed inspections in the Fort Worth metroplex for over 16 years. Before that Bill Sallade was a home builder. Bill has built 255 homes starting with an empty lot and finishing with "Here are the keys to your beautiful new home". Steven has done electrical and HVAC work for a mechanical contractor and has done construction and remodeling since he was a teenager. Bill & Steven together have enlarged and modernized master bathrooms, built a beautiful two-story barn with a gambrel roof. Steven and I have built a beautiful 40ft x 40ft party deck for entertaining. Steven and I have rebuilt a deck off of a second-floor game room giving the owners a safe relaxing place to sit and enjoy the views with friends. Steven and I have also painted homes and workshops. Construction Progress Inspections
If your having a home built it is important to have Your own advocate inspecting the property during the construction process. City inspectors are always weighed down with lots of homes to look at every day and cannot spend the time necessary to find all the deficiencies we can. The builders own "3rd party" inspector works for the builder and will usually be in the home for less than 30 min per inspection. Most of our inspections are over 2 hours in length. This is so that we can find as many items as possible that need correction before moving on to the next construction phase.
