Construction Progress Inspections
If your having a home built it is important to have Your own advocate inspecting the property during the construction process. City inspectors are always weighed down with lots of homes to look at every day and cannot spend the time necessary to find all the deficiencies we can. The builders own "3rd party" inspector works for the builder and will usually be in the home for less than 30 min per inspection. Most of our inspections are over 2 hours in length. This is so that we can find as many items as possible that need correction before moving on to the next construction phase.
