Unfortunately many builders do not check these items. Some city inspectors check the cables and plumbing pipe penetrations but Not in every city. Phase 3 inspections are typically done two weeks before closing. This gives the builder time to work on the list of deficient items found and also work on the cosmetic items that you find when you do your builder walkthrough.

How level is the home? Would you like to know? We can provide an elevation survey of the home that details exactly how level or not level the home is.
Infrared Cameras
We use an infrared camera to check the electrical panel for any overheating; the HVAC grill to see if you are getting hot and cold air to each room. We also use it on the plumbing system to check for leaks on certain types of shower pans.

We have been performing very thorough inspections and providing detailed inspections in Dallas metroplex and detailed inspections in the Fort Worth metroplex for over 16 years. Before that Bill Sallade was a home builder. Bill has built 255 homes starting with an empty lot and finishing with "Here are the keys to your beautiful new home". Steven has done electrical and HVAC work for a mechanical contractor and has done construction and remodeling. Bill & Steven together have enlarged and modernized master bathrooms, built a beautiful two-story barn with a gambrel roof. Steven and I have built a beautiful 40ft x 40ft party deck for entertaining and a 30ft x 30ft pergola.
