Its important to make sure the plumbing pipes are protected, The cables are properly installed and not damaged. Its also important that the forms are level. Unfortunately many builders do not check these items. Some city inspectors check the cables and plumbing pipe penetrations but Not in every city. No city inspector ever checks to make sure that the forms at level.

Phase 2 inspections need to be performed just before the brick is installed, Before the insulation is installed and defiantly before drywall hang.

Phase 3 inspections are typically done two weeks before closing. This gives the builder time to work on the list of deficient items found and also work on the cosmetic items that you find when you do your builder walkthrough.

Infrared Cameras
We use an infrared camera to check the electrical panel for any overheating; the HVAC grill to see if you are getting hot and cold air to each room. We also use it on the plumbing system to check for leaks on certain types of shower pans.

We will spend three to four hours thoroughly inspecting the property you are considering for purchase. The Sallade's Inspection Services inspect everything from the grade of the yard to the top of the roof and everything in between. We take a lot of photos and intergrade them into the report to better illustrate the systems being inspected and the deficiencies that we found.
