Phase 3 inspections save your valuable time and money. When your New home is inspected before closing you can also have it repaired before closing! This will save you from having to take time off work to meet with the warranty manager; then another day lost to meet with the repair contractor.
Save your time and money and get your new home inspected!

If you would like large tree house size trees in your yard you have to buy an older home. Give me a call and have it inspected so that you can make an informed decision based on the condition of the home.
Phase 2 inspections are performed before the brick is installed so that I can check for potential leaks in the drainage plane of the homes exterior. Also by checking before insulation and drywall I can check and make sure the framing is done properly and the mechanical rough ins are correctly installed.
