We cannot recommend Mr. Bill with The Sallade’s Inspection Services highly enough. We completed all five inspections with him during our build, and hiring Bill was truly one of the best decisions we made for our dream home.
We initially reached out to Bill because we were running into a major issue with our plumber, who was refusing to put sand under our pipes and was pushing back hard when we questioned it. As homeowners, it was stressful and intimidating to feel like we were being brushed off. From the very first inspection, Bill completely changed the trajectory of our build. He was incredibly thorough and immediately identified not only that issue, but so many other things that needed to be fixed—things we never would have caught on our own.
Because Bill was involved, the inspections held everyone accountable. Contractors became noticeably more attentive to details, knowing that everything was being carefully and professionally inspected. The level of work improved, and corners simply weren’t cut. His reports gave us confidence, leverage, and peace of mind at every stage.
Bill went above and beyond for us time and time again. When we needed an emergency inspection, he came out on a Saturday morning, completely out of his way, just to accommodate our schedule. On another occasion, I was away at a conference and couldn’t be there in person—Bill made sure the inspection was still scheduled and handled everything seamlessly. He was even available to speak directly with subcontractors if there were questions, pushback, or a need for clarification, which made an enormous difference and took so much stress off of us.
These inspections have truly saved us—from costly future repairs, ongoing issues, and the anxiety of not knowing what was happening behind the walls of our home. Because of Bill’s expertise, honesty, and dedication, our house was built the right way. Our dream home is what it is today because of him.
If you are building or buying a home, do not skip inspections—and more importantly, hire Bill. The Sallade’s Inspection Services is worth every penny, and then some. We are beyond grateful for everything he has done for us and would recommend him without hesitation.

The builder is a very smart young nurse who hired a trusted contractor to builder her home only to find out at frame stage that he was NOT trustworthy.
Half way through the construction process she had to fire her General Contractor and become the GC herself.
The example report to the right was for the plumbing ground.

Phase 2 - Pre-drywall inspection
The builder hired me to check all of his homes during the Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 stages of construction.
A conscientious builder will welcome a professional inspector checking their work.
This pre-pour inspection or Phase 1 is being built by a man wanting to move to the country and have a little space between his house and his neighbors house.
He hired his brother (a professional remodeling contractor) to build the home for him.
